Terms of Service

SimplyPortfolio is a portfolio tracker. You log your buys and sells manually, and the app computes portfolio values, cost basis, and profit and loss using end-of-day market prices and daily exchange rates.

SimplyPortfolio is an informational tool. Prices, exchange rates, and computed values can be delayed, estimated, or occasionally wrong, and nothing in the product is investment, tax, or legal advice. Verify figures independently before making financial decisions.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. The portfolio data you enter remains yours — you can export it to CSV or delete your account at any time from Settings.

The free plan includes up to 3 holdings with no time limit. The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment, shown at checkout and processed by Stripe, that unlocks unlimited holdings for the lifetime of the product.

Don’t abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no disrupting other users, and no using the service to break the law.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We work to keep it reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us.

We may update these terms; material changes appear on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
